1. Our company is located in the historic center of Chiang Mai, and we are easy to reach from anywhere in the city, including the airport, train station, and bus terminal. For example, using the InDriver app, you can take a cab from Chiang Mai International Airport to our office for less than 60 baht.
2. We are located on the main road, so you don’t have to look for us in narrow back alleys, residential courtyards, and underground parking lots of hotels or shopping malls.
3. Our working hours are from 8:00 to 18:00. We have no lunch breaks or weekends, and we work every day, even on holidays like New Year’s and Christmas. So you can be sure that if you come to us any day of the week, you will find our office open and be able to use our services.
4. Free delivery of the motorcycle around the city when you sign a rental agreement for a week or more. You do not need to waste your precious time. We will deliver your motorcycle to your place of residence. Please make an appointment at least 24 hours in advance so we can plan our staff’s work. In any case, feel free to ask us about the delivery.
5. Discover the city at your own pace! Our motorcycles come with a daily mileage limit of 300 kilometers to ensure fair usage and allow you to explore without constraints.
6. Timely maintenance of motorcycles. If you have a burned-out light bulb, the battery is dead, or the engine oil needs to be changed, we will do it for free because this service is already included in the rental price. If it takes a long time to fix the problem, we will provide you with another motorcycle.
7. We provide vehicles with fully serviceable brakes. If this is not your first time in Thailand and you have rented a motorcycle elsewhere, you probably know what I’m talking about. 8. A full tank of gasoline. Once you have signed a motorcycle rental agreement, you do not have to immediately look for a gas station to buy fuel because it is already filled in the gas tank. But don’t forget that our rental conditions are “full – full”. Therefore, when you return the bike to the parking lot, you must return it with a full gasoline tank.
9. Anti-theft lock. Of course, if motorcycle thieves arrive in a truck to steal your motorcycle, an anti-theft lock won’t help. However, suppose an anti-theft lock is installed. In that case, a thief without a truck is likelier to turn his attention to another motorcycle than yours because it will be easier to steal another motorbike.
10. Rain poncho for driver and passenger. If the rain catches you on the road, a poncho will help you, and your passenger stays dry and does not catch a cold.
11. Three-quarter helmets with shields protect your eyes from flies, mosquitoes, insects, spiders, sand, and other debris flying in your face as you ride the bike. Note that we don’t have helmet “caps” because we honestly believe that helmet caps are designed for people with suicidal tendencies. After all, they will not protect your head in the case of an accident. A cap helmet is a crap helmet – remember that.
12. The tires on all of our bikes are in good condition. However, according to the manufacturer’s instructions, the rider should inflate the tires at least once a week or every time he refuels at a gas station, whichever occurs more often. The standard pressure on most tires is 32 psi.
13. A first aid kit. You don’t need to look for a pharmacy or a medical center far away in the mountains in the middle of nowhere if you have an accident. Our first aid kit contains bandages, iodine, hydrogen peroxide, alcohol disinfectant, and painkillers.
14. We have medical insurance for drivers and passengers for up to 300,000 baht each. Please note: if you get into an accident, we will help you get compensation from the insurance company step by step, not leave you alone with your problem. If you are involved in an accident, let us know immediately so we can help you.
15. Honest and reliable service. No one will ask you for fake damages, and you can find spare parts prices in our office on information posters hanging in the most prominent place. To avoid misunderstandings, you should take a picture of the motorcycle’s exterior on the day of rental. You do not need to ask our staff, “Can I take a picture of the bike?” You can do it, sure.

Points to which you should pay extra attention:

1. If you puncture a tire, you must pay to have it repaired. Because your choice of roads to ride on and your driving style is your choice, we are not responsible for that. This is how all motorcycle and car rentals work; ours is no exception. However, feel free to let us know about the problem, and we’ll help you find a local mechanic and call them wherever you are.
2. The conditions for renting motorcycles in our rental shop are “full-full”. This means that you rent a bike with a full tank of gasoline and should return it with a full tank. If the tank is not full when you return it, we will charge you a gas fee and an additional service fee of 200THB.
3. If you return your rental bike to the parking lot dirty (clumps of dirt, bitumen mastic), we charge a service fee. Washing the motorcycle is 50THB. Bitumen cleaning – 500THB.
4. We do not provide any assistance if you are under alcohol or drugs.
5. The official language of Thailand is Thai. English is not the official language of the Kingdom of Thailand. So don’t be surprised that some of our staff don’t speak pure English like the people of Manhattan, New York, or Baker Street, London. Our main priority is to provide good bikes for your trip and to solve sudden technical problems as quickly as possible if you have them. If communication in fluent English is more important to you than a reliable and serviceable motorcycle, please choose another rental shop to avoid the frustration of the language barrier with our staff.
6. Zero tolerance for cheaters. We have the right to terminate any relationship with customers and contact the Royal Police or Tourist Police if we find that a customer is trying to cheat us by taking advantage of our goodwill, openness, and trust.
